  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

💸 Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
